Salvia nemerosa 'Rose Marvel'

Salvia - Marvel - Rose is a joyful burst of colour in the summer garden — full, bright
rose-pink flower spikes standing tall above a neat cushion of fresh green foliage. It’s
one of those plants that always seems to be in good spirits, catching the eye without
shouting, and drawing in bees and butterflies with its rich nectar and soft fragrance.
This variety has a lovely compact shape, making it perfect for sunny borders,
containers, or tucked among other cottage garden favourites like lavender, nepeta,
or achillea. We find it looks especially pretty near a garden path where you can enjoy
its colour up close.

Caring for ‘Marvel Rose’ is easy. Give it a sunny spot with well-drained soil, water
regularly during its first season, and once it’s settled in, it’s happy with very little fuss.
Remove faded flower spikes to encourage more blooms, and give it a gentle cut
back in early spring to keep it neat and bushy.
