Parsley Envy

Parsley Envy is a curly leaf type. When freshly cut, its foliage has a bright green coloured leaf, and a tangy taste, very suitable as an accompaniment to a wide range of culinary dishes. The plant is a biennial, that is, it will grow for two seasons. In the second year, it will flower, and then die. 

Harvesting can start as soon as there is a bushy plant, try and cut low to the base of the plant. Feed every two to three weeks for maximum growth. In many ways, buying a ready grown plant is a quick way to establish the plant, as it is notoriously difficult to germinate.
