Plant Description

Digitalis 'Hannabee Pink' is a wonderfully romantic variety of foxglove, bearing elegant spires of tubular blooms in a soft blend of pink and white. Each flower is beautifully speckled within, adding to its charm and giving it a lovely, natural appeal in the cottage garden. It has a uniform, well-formed habit with multi-branching stems that produce an abundance of flower spikes over a base of fresh mid-green foliage. These long-lasting blooms appear in succession, creating a generous and graceful display.

A magnet for bees and other pollinators, Digitalis 'Hannabee Pink' is as wildlife-friendly as it is beautiful. This perennial plant flowers well from its very first year after potting, making it a rewarding and reliable addition to borders, woodland edges or informal plantings. While it may hold on to some lower leaves in milder climates, in general it will die back in winter and regrow in spring. It grows happily in full sun to part shade and prefers moist but well-drained soil. Regular watering during establishment and a light feed in spring will help, along with deadheading to encourage repeat blooms or to allow it to self-seed if you’d like it to return naturally.

Digitalis Hannabee in pink, is a soft and elegant foxglove with painterly petals and pollinator power.

What does pot diameter mean?

Pot diameter is measured along the top of each pot to give an indication of overall plant size on arrival.

We only offer plants in 13cm or 11cm pots. This means that plants are established and ready to be planted straight into your garden as soon as they arrive.

*Our specially designed boxes require no plastic inners. The plant pots are (recyclable) plastic.
