Plant Description
Dianthus 'Coconut Sundae' is a charming, scented, hardy perennial that features creamy white petals with a bold dark purple swirl centre, creating a beautifully contrasting and elegant look. With attractive grey-green foliage and a compact, tidy habit, this variety provides continuous flowering throughout the summer months.
It thrives in full sun and prefers well-drained, moderately fertile soil, making it perfect for borders, containers, rock gardens, or edging paths. Water regularly during dry spells but allow the soil to dry slightly between waterings. A light feed in spring encourages healthy blooms, and deadheading will help maintain the flower display. Though hardy, ensure it’s
not planted in overly wet conditions during winter.
Coconut Sundae – A sweet treat for your summer garden where you can almost taste the colour.
