Description

Cyclamen Indiaka Violet is a beautiful and elegant variety, producing masses of rich violet- purple blooms above attractive marbled foliage. Flowering throughout the cooler months, it brings wonderful colour and interest to autumn and winter containers and seasonal displays.

An excellent choice for containers, window boxes and hanging baskets in sheltered positions, this cyclamen also makes a lovely gift plant. It can equally be enjoyed indoors in a bright, cool room where temperatures remain moderate. Hardy to approximately -2°C, it benefits from some protection during periods of severe frost or prolonged wet weather.

For best results, keep the compost just slightly moist while ensuring good drainage at all times. Avoid allowing water to sit around the crown of the plant, and remove spent flowers and fading leaves gently from the base to encourage continuous flowering. Outdoors, choose a sheltered position away from harsh winds, while indoors keep plants away from direct heat sources.
